NaPTAN Process for Uploading & Downloading Data
 

NaPTAN data for each administrative area is created and maintained locally using the area's preferred editing tool, and then uploaded or downloaded using the appropriate tool. See also Guidance on preparing Local Public Transport data.

NaPTAN data is uploaded in either XML or csv format using either FTP or an upload browser provided by Thales

NaPTAN data can be also viewed online using the  viewer tool. This tool requires permission and a password from Thales..
